The people of Gilgit-Baltistan has been raising the issue on several national and international forums over the violations of basic human rights of the people in the light UN declarations and resolutions but the Islamabad is deaf to them. Islamabad should also be mindful of provision of rights given to a region which is being considered disputed between two or more countries.
